Alumina Bubble Fire Bricks are composed of Alumina bubble as the primary material, high performance ultrafine powder as an additive and organic matter as a binder; after molding and drying they are fired in a 1750 high temperature shuttle kiln.
Alumina Bubble products feature impressive properties such as lightweight construction, high temperature resistance, minor changes to firing line orientation and good thermal shock resistance – not to mention lower construction costs and greater energy conservation.
